A fourth generation Floridian who has always lived in Gainesville, he knows the market well. Mike first entered real estate in 1978. He quickly grew to love the business and became the company's top producing agent in 1979. He has consistently retained this level of success throughout his career. Became a broker in 1980: grew and sold his own real estate company in the mid 80's.  Has completed the extensive educational requirements for the National Association of Realtors GRI and CRB designations and is presently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Named Realtor of the Year by the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR) in 1991. Has been named to the GACAR "Million Dollar Congress" annually since the early 80's Has personally handled over $200 million in transactions in the past decade He is well equipped to handle the many needs of commercial or land buyers and sellers.
