Team Ryals = Mike Ryals, Jamie Kennedy and LA Comly

Michael S. Ryals A fourth generation Floridian who has always lived in Gainesville, he knows the market well. Mike first entered real estate in 1978. He quickly grew to love the business and became the company's top producing agent in 1979. He has consistently retained this level of success throughout his career. Became a broker in 1980: grew and sold his own real estate company in the mid 80's.  Has completed the extensive educational requirements for the National Association of Realtors GRI and CRB designations and is presently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Named Realtor of the Year by the Gainesville Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR) in 1991. Has been named to the GACAR "Million Dollar Congress" annually since the early 80's Has personally sold over $200 million in transactions in the past decade When not in the office Mike enjoys surfing, playing guitar, tennis, golf and anything that keeps him active. → Contact Mike

Jamie is Mike's son-in-law, marrying his daughter, Kelly, in February 2008. He was born and raised in Scotland and came to the U.S. on a golf scholarship to Jacksonville University. He majored in Marketing and started working as a member of Team Ryals in February 2008. He recently activated his license and has began listing properties in and around Gainesville. Jamie is the techno, marketing expert on the Team.

 LA Comly

LA Comly is the newest addition to Team Ryals, joining in April 2009. LA spent several years in North Europe, the Far East and New York in the maritime field before marrying and opening a scuba diving facility in Pt. Pleasant Beach, N.J. She and her husband, John, relocated to N.C., Florida in 1999 to enjoy its cave diving advantages. LA has worked for the last 7 years for a real estate developer. LA is a friendly, capable and enthusiastic member of the team.
